(share ko lang ‘tong blog ko hehez)
Truly, Filipinos are intellectuals when it comes to kalokohan and stuff. We never run out of unique ideas just to give entertainment.

We make fun of words by playing with it. Thus, a majority of their ideas is embraced by many people making it a trend. Some examples are words being spoken in reverse like werpa (power), lodi (idol), and tomguts (gutom/hungry).
Pinoys, particularly millennials, took it to another level by adding sarcasm in everyday jokes (or in Tagalog pilosopo).
Nowadays, there’s this certain thing going around and blowing up the internet. It’s the SHARE MO LANG slash SHARE KO LANG fever, everyone.

“Share mo lang” is the Filipino millennial term for “I don’t care” when you literally don’t care on what the other person is saying. –Urban Dictionary
And GUESS WHAT? People made different ways to deliver this phrase which are more creative, funny and a bit annoying!
- “SML mo lang?”
The redundancy makes it more irritating and offending to others lol
- “Kilala mo si Sir?…Sir mo lang.”
Okay, when I first heard this, it cracked me up a lot. The play of words are just…absurd.
- “Eh si Don?… Don mo ishare.”
Saan ko ba dapat ishare?
- “Sino?… Sino kausap mo?”
Obviously, not you.
These are just some of the versions I encountered but I’m sure, there are a lot more of it. Filipinos’ humor are really great but sometimes, it might offend others because of its sarcastic remarks.
Just a friendly reminder before this blog ends, always THINK before you say something, CHOOSE your words correctly, and BE CAREFUL on what you say at all times.
If ever you run into a person and experience “Share mo lang?”, answer them equally by saying, “Kilala mo si Sam?…Sampalin kaya kita!”
Yours Truly,
xoxo
